Public Transport Services - Travel Cost Scheme for Rotterdam Inclusief

This tender has been created to announce the awarding of a contract. The contract involves providing services related to the travel cost scheme for Rotterdam Inclusief, which applies to employees covered by the Social Employment Act and the 'Aan de Slag' collective labor agreement. The new travel cost scheme includes providing a RET Regional Annual Subscription, fully funded by the employer. This contract has been awarded directly to RET N.V. due to a lack of competition for technical reasons (Article 2.32, paragraph 1, sub b, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act). RET N.V. is the only entity authorized to operate public transport in Rotterdam, and no other supplier is permitted under Article 19 of the WP2000.
