Software Implementation Services for GIS System Expansion in Jasło

The City of Jasło is seeking suppliers to expand its Geographic Information System (GIS) as part of the European Regional Development Fund program for the years 2021-2027. This project, titled 'Development of e-public services and improvement of their quality in the City of Jasło,' aims to enhance public services through technology. Detailed specifications for the contract are provided in Attachment 1 of the procurement documents. Suppliers must provide a guarantee as outlined in the contract specifications. If the procurement documents reference specific trademarks, patents, or processes, equivalent solutions may be offered, provided they meet the same minimum technical, quality, and functional parameters. Suppliers proposing equivalent solutions must demonstrate compliance with the requirements set by the buyer and include a list of equivalent solutions with descriptions or standards in their bids. The buyer also allows equivalent solutions in reference to standards and technical specifications mentioned in the procurement law.
