    Brief

    The Finnish National Agency for Education (EDUFI) is seeking technical expertise to support the Regional Teachers Initiative for Africa (RTIA) in Rwanda. This procurement focuses on three key areas: 1. Planning and coordinating teacher development initiatives, including school-based Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and integrating these into Teacher Management Information Systems (TMIS). 2. Enhancing the use of teaching and learning materials, including online resources, to foster early literacy and numeracy through blended learning approaches. 3. Providing career guidance and counseling for teachers. The implementation period is expected to be from September 2025 to August 2026. The RTIA is an EU-funded initiative aimed at improving teacher education and professional development in Sub-Saharan Africa, implemented by a consortium including EDUFI.
