Electricity Supply for Tarnów City

This contract involves the supply of electricity to the Municipality of Tarnów and its organizational units, as well as other entities. The electricity will be delivered according to the list of consumption points specified in the contract's annex for Task 1 and Task 2. A general agreement will serve as the basis for entering into detailed electricity sales contracts for all consumption points listed in the agreement, under the conditions specified in the selected contractor's offer during the tender process and outlined in the contract. The parties to the detailed contracts will be the Municipality of Tarnów – Road and Communication Management in Tarnów and the entities listed in the contract annex. The electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the standards set forth in § 45 of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment dated March 22, 2022, regarding the specific conditions for the operation of the electricity system.
