Consulting Services for Innovation Management Standards in Côte d'Ivoire

The project, titled Promotion of Economic Reforms and Investments in Côte d'Ivoire (ProREI), is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ in collaboration with the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MCI). This initiative aims to support the structural transformation of the Ivorian economy by building on its recent strong economic performance. The goal is to establish a more inclusive and sustainable growth model by enhancing the business environment, improving access to finance, and encouraging innovation and private sector investment. ProREI focuses on three main areas: (i) strengthening the capabilities of public institutions to implement necessary reforms, (ii) enhancing public-private dialogue and improving access to services and financing for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), and (iii) creating supportive environments for green, social, and digital innovation. The project emphasizes innovation as a key driver for competitiveness, productivity, and the creation of sustainable jobs.
