Comprehensive Modernization of Central Sterilization Equipment in Lipsk

This contract involves the development of comprehensive design and cost documentation, construction work under a design and build formula, and the delivery and installation of necessary equipment for the operation of the Central Sterilization Unit at SPZZOZ in Lipsk. The project includes the renovation of existing sterilization rooms and the adaptation of adjacent spaces, ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements, including fire safety standards. The Central Sterilization Unit must meet hygiene and sanitary requirements for the entire hospital. The contractor will ensure the continuity of sterilization services by relocating some equipment to a temporary location. The modernization will cover approximately 100 m2 and will involve the installation of new sterilizers, with necessary connections to utilities. The contractor is responsible for the temporary setup of sterilization services and the eventual transfer of new equipment to the renovated central sterilization area.
