Installation of Control Systems at Schüchtermann Clinic

This contract involves the construction of the fifth phase of the new cardiology building at Schüchtermann Clinic, which includes the addition of a new section (Building H) to the existing hospital. The clinic will remain operational throughout the construction, necessitating strict emission protection measures. The project includes the construction of a two-story L-shaped building wing adjacent to the functioning hospital, with a recessed upper floor and a basement. The structural components, including stairwells and elevator shafts, will be made of reinforced concrete, while the ceiling construction will be solid. Load-bearing walls will be made of reinforced concrete or aerated concrete, and non-load-bearing walls will be constructed from drywall or aerated concrete. The facade will feature individual windows made of lightweight metal profiles with shading systems, and fiber cement panels will cover the remaining facade areas. The floors will include acoustic ceilings, gypsum ceilings, metal ceilings, and plaster surfaces, with stairwell flooring made of fine stoneware and other areas using polyvinyl chloride or synthetic rubber.
