Council Tax and Housing Benefits Printing Services

Aylesbury Vale District Council is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of templating and printing services for Council Tax and Housing Benefits. The contract will run from April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2021. The council manages around 80,000 domestic properties and 5,300 business properties, with approximately 15,000 domestic properties registered for e-billing. The selected contractor must format, print, and dispatch the 2019/20 annual Council Tax and Business Rates bills by March 12, 2019. Additionally, they will need to handle about 10,500 Housing Benefit claims, ensuring that all uprating letters are formatted, printed, and dispatched to claimants and landlords by March 31, 2019, and by March 31 for subsequent years. The contractor will also be responsible for formatting, printing, and distributing daily ad-hoc Council Tax bills, reminder notices, and Housing Benefit letters.
