Adult Community Key Workers Support Service 2025-26

This is a service opportunity for adult community key workers for the 2025-26 funding period. The service aims to provide support and resources to key workers operating within adult community settings. Key workers will receive professional development, coordination support, and access to community-based initiatives designed to strengthen their capacity to serve vulnerable and at-risk adult populations. Eligible providers should have demonstrated experience in adult community support services and the ability to deliver evidence-based interventions. This opportunity is part of the LYP 180 program.
