Cybersecurity Enhancement Program for Prague 4

This public procurement contract involves the purchase of a security control system, revitalization and enhancement of the resilience of the data center, and the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to the specified measures. Key components include: - Automatic, periodic checks of the security status of IT systems and applications - Revitalization of the backup data center - Improvement of the resilience and availability of the primary data center - Implementation of an ISMS in accordance with the Cybersecurity Act and a system for active management of security threats and risks. Due to the nature of the information and its protection under Act No. 181/2014 Coll. on Cybersecurity, the contracting authority will provide Appendices 1, 2, and 3 of the procurement documentation upon request from the supplier and upon submission of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as per Appendix 13 of the procurement documentation. The NDA must be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the supplier. If the agreement is signed by an authorized representative, a power of attorney must be attached. Suppliers can send their requests along with the signed NDA via the electronic tool E-ZAK as a message to the contracting authority.
