Food Supply Contract for Rehabilitation Center

This public procurement contract involves the delivery of food products as requested for the needs of the Rehabilitation Center of the Medical University of Plovdiv, located in Tsigov Chark, Batak municipality. The contract is divided into 20 specific categories (lots), which include: Lot 1 – Beer, Alcoholic Beverages, and Wines; Lot 2 – Non-Alcoholic Beverages; Lot 3 – Milk and Dairy Products, Eggs; Lot 4 – Meat Products; Lot 5 – Meat; Lot 6 – Processed Fruits and Vegetables, Groceries; Lot 7 – Sugar, Confectionery, Nuts, Coffee; Lot 8 – Bread, Pastries, and Confectionery; Lot 9 – Fresh Fruits and Vegetables; Lot 10 – Organic Fresh Vegetables; Lot 12 – Fish and Fish Products; Lot 13 – Organic Bread; Lot 14 – Organic Milk and Dairy Products; Lot 15 – Organic Chicken; Lot 16 – Organic Meat; Lot 17 – Processed Organic Vegetables, Groceries; Lot 18 – Organic Fish; Lot 19 – Organic Confectionery; Lot 20 – Organic Meat Products. According to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act and in connection with Article 7 of the Public Procurement Regulation, the contracting authority will assign the execution of deliveries for lots numbered 11 to 20 based on their individual value through direct assignment as per Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. Based on Article 47a of the Public Procurement Act, the technical specifications for lots 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 include environmental requirements for food products listed in the List of Organic Food Products, which must be produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and Council dated May 30, 2018, regarding organic production and labeling of organic products, and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 of the Council and the acts for its implementation.
