Data Processing Services for Agricultural Monitoring

The contract involves purchasing a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for identifying plant species, monitoring vegetation, and confirming agricultural practices. This service will utilize data analysis from satellite imagery, aerial photos, and low-altitude flights, employing machine learning and indicator analysis (such as vegetation indices). The contractor will provide the Agricultural Restructuring and Modernization Agency with access to data processing tools via a web browser, allowing for operation parameterization, process verification, report visualization, and satellite imagery visualization for specified areas and timeframes. The detailed description of the contract is included in Annex 1 of the proposed contract terms. The buyer reserves the right to extend the service period by up to 12 months, with prior notification to the contractor. The execution of the contract must adhere to the terms outlined in the proposed contract terms and attachments.
