Specialized Road Transport Services for Patients

This contract opportunity is for the provision of type 'P' sanitary transport services for the Independent Public Healthcare Facility - Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 3 in Rybnik, referred to as the Contracting Authority. The contract will be awarded for a duration of 12 months following the completion of the procurement process. The Contracting Authority informs that, in accordance with Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first conduct an examination and evaluation of the offers, followed by the qualification of the contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, regarding the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the participation conditions in the procedure.
