Spain – IT Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet and Support – Contract for the Means and Services Necessary for Hosting the Educational Platform 'EducaMadrid'

This contract involves hiring the necessary means and services to equip the Educational Platforms Service of the Digitalization Department of the Community of Madrid (hereinafter EducaMadrid) with the capabilities required to ensure the operation, with maximum guarantees, of the execution environments of systems, applications, and services belonging to its Educational Platform (hereinafter the Platform or EducaMadrid Educational Platform), which is accessible from www.educa.madrid.org. The services include: • Hosting service for the infrastructure, at least during the first part of the contract. • Initial migration service from the current data center to the contractor's data center, if different. • Provision, administration, and maintenance of external communication lines. • Administration, management, and maintenance of backup systems and copies. • Statistics, monitoring, performance, and quality services. • Administration, management, and maintenance of the server virtualization system, including migration to another equivalent environment (with LTS support) and the operating systems of the entire EducaMadrid Educational Platform if decided by EducaMadrid. • Administration, management, and maintenance of other production servers apart from those forming the server virtualization system. • Administration, management, and maintenance of all hardware associated with the servers. • Provision of network electronics equipment. • Administration, management, and maintenance of all network electronics equipment. • Administration, management, and maintenance of storage systems. • Administration, management, and maintenance of Fiber-Channel communication electronics associated with storage. • Security services for the EducaMadrid Educational Platform. • Intermediate migration service to the Madrid Digital data center.
