Medical Equipment for Biological Drug Analysis

HUS Group / Diagnostics Center (hereinafter referred to as the "contracting unit" or "client") is seeking to acquire two (2) devices and the reagents used in these devices for the analysis of biological drug determinations. The procurement includes the following product categories: two (2) devices (analyzers), accessories for the devices, reagents, as well as maintenance services and technical support for the devices. The accessories and reagents will be procured on a usage-based compensation model, meaning that the client will purchase the mandatory tests listed in Appendix 5 Price Form from the Supplier based on the results received from patients. A separate maintenance contract will be established (attached is the Maintenance Contract Template). After the warranty period, the contracting unit will decide which level of maintenance contract (1-3) will be followed. The devices to be procured must be new and unused upon arrival at the HUS Diagnostics Center, and they must come with a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) months. The subject of the procurement and its requirements are described in detail in the request for proposals and its appendices. During the contract period, additional products related to the categories of the procurement, which are not specified in the price appendix, may also be purchased according to the anticipated value of the procurement (see procurement contract). The anticipated value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold. The quantities presented in the request for proposals and its appendices are estimates, and the contract does not create a binding purchase obligation for the contracting unit or an exclusive right for the supplier to deliver devices, maintenance services, or accessories. The contracting unit will select one (1) supplier as the contract partner for the procurement. The procurement has not been divided into parts, as it constitutes a coherent whole.
