Italy – Collection Services Contract

This contract involves the awarding of activities to be carried out in both Concession and Support forms. Specifically, the contract includes: 1. Concession for activities aimed at combating tax evasion and avoidance of municipal revenues, including executive assessments; 2. Concession for the enforced collection of all revenues until the completion of activities related to the assigned collection loads within the contractual deadlines; 3. Concession for the management, assessment, and collection of the unique property fee and public postings, starting from 01/01/2028 following the expiration of the current contract; 4. Contracting of support activities for managing the violation cycle, starting from 01/01/2028 after the expiration of the current contract; 5. Contracting of support activities for the Tax Office, activated solely at the request of the office and according to its needs and assessments.
