Construction of a Gymnasium at NEOMA Campus in Reims

This contract involves the design and construction of a new gymnasium at the NEOMA campus in Reims, France. The project is open to teams that must include at least: a general contractor who will actively participate in the design phase and carry out all the construction work; an architect as defined by French law; a structural engineering firm; a fluid engineering firm (covering electrical, plumbing, and special fluids); an acoustics engineer; a specialist in sports equipment (both indoor and outdoor); an environmental engineering firm; and a construction economist. The total budget allocated for the construction work is approximately €4,500,000 excluding tax. The project aims for completion by September 2026, with a total duration of 18 months, including 11 months for construction (which includes site preparation). The estimated duration for the design phase is 7 months, followed by 11 months for construction and an additional 12 months for the warranty period.
