Supply of Materials for Drinking Water Connections

This public procurement contract involves establishing a framework agreement with a single supplier for the delivery of materials needed to create drinking water connections with shut-off valves for the buyer's collection points. The connection system components are primarily required to be joined using quick-release (also known as 'bayonet') connections. Additionally, all bayonet components of the drinking water connections (such as tapping sleeves, couplings for mechanical connection of HDPE pipes, shut-off valves, etc.) must be part of a cohesive system from a single manufacturer. This requirement ensures technical compatibility, operational safety, and a uniform installation method. If a connection part in the offered system is manufactured with a bayonet connection, it must be offered to the buyer even if it could be replaced with a cheaper part with a threaded connection. The connection assemblies must meet the conditions set by the Czech Ministry of Health Regulation No. 409/2005 Coll. regarding hygiene requirements for products coming into direct contact with drinking water and water treatment. A condition for participation in the procurement process is the commitment to establish a consignment warehouse at the buyer's premises, specifically at the Consignment Warehouse in Frýdek Místek, Beskydská 124, 738 04 Frýdek Místek.
