    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of laboratory equipment, specifically a thermomechanical analyzer and a high-pressure differential scanning calorimeter. The equipment must be brand new and free from any physical or legal defects. The supplier is responsible for the careful execution of the order, adhering to all requirements outlined in the tender documents. Transportation of the equipment is at the supplier's cost and risk, and must be included in the offer price. The offer must also cover installation, commissioning, and calibration of the equipment. A warranty of at least 24 months is required, starting from the date of acceptance by both parties. The supplier must provide authorized service with communication in English and/or Polish throughout the warranty period. Training for at least two of the buyer's employees must be conducted at the buyer's location for a minimum of two days, with at least 5 hours of training each day, starting no later than the day the equipment is put into use. The costs for training must also be included in the offer price.
