    Brief

    This contract involves the delivery of components for the creation of digital radio nodes as part of the project "National Research Infrastructure for the Development of GNSS/ADS-B Systems with a Focus on Automatic Threat Detection - ŚWIATOWID". The contract is divided into three parts: Part 1 includes software-defined radios (SDR), GNSS receivers, and components for GNSS and ADS-B radio channels; Part 2 includes OEM GNSS receivers with antennas; Part 3 includes computing servers and network elements. The work will be carried out for the contracting authority and the following entities: 1) Bioorganic Chemistry Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences - Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center (PCSS); 2) Space Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences (CBK); 3) Military University of Technology in Warsaw (WAT). Detailed requirements and criteria for evaluating equivalence are specified in Part IV of the SWZ (Terms of Reference). The contractor must provide quality guarantees and ensure that the delivered items are brand new, free from defects, and compliant with CE marking or RoHS directives. The items must be delivered to specified locations along with necessary documentation and software licenses without additional charges.
