Germany – Language Course Training – Framework Agreement for Trainers for Digital Language Training of AIZ (Lot 1)

On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Skills4Abroad program (Key Qualifications for International Cooperation) has been supporting professionals and leaders in German international cooperation for 60 years with a variety of learning opportunities before and during their assignments abroad. This program is utilized by around 40 different sending organizations and up to 2,000 participants each year. Skills4Abroad is part of the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) of GIZ. The offerings in German and English currently include about 30 training programs on topics such as "Diversity and International Context", "Personal Safety and (Mental) Health", "Language and Communication", "Management and Consulting", and "Family Abroad". The training sessions take place in person at the Kottenforst campus in Bonn-Röttgen or on the digital learning platform "Online Campus". Participants can use up to 30 learning days free of charge and can attend the program 6 months before and up to 24 months after their departure. Additional flexible learning, information, and networking opportunities, as well as media and services from the campus library, complement the training program. These offerings can be utilized either individually or guided in the formats "Learning 4 Development - Your Topic in Focus" and "Time 2 Learn - Your Learning in Focus".
