Electricity Supply for Municipal Water and Sewage Company in Zduńska Wola

This contract involves the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Municipal Water and Sewage Company (MPWiK) in Zduńska Wola and its branch, Zduńska Woda, for the year 2026. The contract is divided into two parts: 1) Part I covers the supply of electricity to MPWiK facilities and the purchase of electricity generated from renewable energy sources (RES), along with balancing services. The estimated consumption is 2,360.7 MWh over 12 months (from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026). The contractor will be required to purchase all offered electricity generated from RES. 2) Part II involves the supply of electricity to the Zduńska Woda branch, with an estimated consumption of 1,169 MWh over the same period. The contractor may submit offers for any number of parts. The buyer has multiple facilities across different tariff groups and reserves the right to increase the number of electricity supply points. The contract stipulates that the contractor must adhere to quality standards in accordance with energy law and provide necessary data for the supplier change procedure.
