Professional Kitchen Equipment and Washing Machines

The City of Savonlinna's procurement services is requesting bids for professional kitchen equipment and washing machines for the contract period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, with an option for one (1) additional year. The contract may be extended for one (1) year from January 1, 2029, to December 31, 2029, unless the City of Savonlinna's procurement services terminates the contract at the end of the contract period. If the contract is terminated, it will be done in writing at least six (6) months before the end of the contract period. If the contract is extended, the terms of the procurement contract will continue as they are in effect at the end of the contract period. By submitting and signing the procurement contract, the supplier commits to the continuation of the contract for the specified period, should the City of Savonlinna's procurement services wish to do so. The following parties are included in the contract: - City of Savonlinna - Eastern Savonia Education Consortium During the contract period, including any option periods, other parties that have signed the cooperation agreement with the City of Savonlinna's procurement services and are mentioned in the request for proposals as interested parties may join as users of the contract. By signing the procurement contract, the supplier agrees to allow these parties to join the contract later. Interested parties and anticipated annual procurement amounts excluding VAT: - Savonlinna Parish €3,000 / year. The bid is binding and must be prepared in Finnish. The entire procurement process will be conducted in Finnish.
