Framework Agreement for Monitor Supply and Services

The KBS is seeking suppliers for a framework agreement to deliver monitors and provide related services during the rollout. Currently, there is a need for 8,000 monitors over the contract period, with a maximum order quantity of 9,000 monitors. If the maximum order is reached, no further orders can be placed. It is anticipated that 4,500 monitors will be 24" and 3,500 will be 27". There may be adjustments in the models due to the implementation of document management systems. While a minimum of 8,000 monitors is expected, the specific quantities per model are not guaranteed. Due to the scale of this procurement, bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors. A self-declaration (Annex 12) must be submitted with the bid. All monitors offered must be from the same manufacturer; splitting orders is not allowed.
