Medical Equipment Supply Contract

This contract involves the delivery of a digital mammography system for the needs of the Diagnostic and Consultative Center XXII in Sofia, Bulgaria. The scope of the contract includes the following key activities necessary for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of the digital mammography system: 1. Supply of a new digital mammography system; 2. Preparation of the premises where the digital mammography system will be installed, in accordance with the installation requirements of the proposed system, including the development of investment projects for the premises to accommodate the medical equipment in the areas of Technology, Electrical Engineering, Radiation Protection, and HVAC (if necessary); 3. Installation and setup of the digital mammography system; 4. Commissioning of the digital mammography system; 5. Training of the buyer's specialists to operate the digital mammography system; 6. Warranty (service) maintenance of the supplied medical equipment and provision of necessary parts and materials within the warranty period.
