Purchase and Delivery of Vouchers for Eligible Individuals in Katowice

The contract involves the purchase and delivery of vouchers for eligible individuals identified by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Katowice, with a total nominal value of 1,440,000 PLN. The specified quantity and value of the vouchers represent the basic amount (without options). A voucher is defined as a document that entitles its holder to purchase goods from various categories, including food products, industrial goods, household chemicals, and appliances, within a specified time frame and amount indicated on the voucher. The vouchers must be in paper form; electronic forms (e.g., payment cards) are not allowed. Delivery will take place at the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Katowice, located at ul. Wita Stwosza 7. Deliveries will be made as needed based on a value-quantity order from the buyer, during business days from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Orders must be placed at least 3 business days before the delivery date via email to the address provided by the contractor. The vouchers will be valid for at least 6 months from the month following their delivery to the buyer's location. Each voucher will include a statement indicating that it cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco products. The vouchers must be adequately secured against counterfeiting by including a hologram that confirms their authenticity and value, which will not be damaged upon manipulation.
