Engineering and Construction Consulting Services for Hospital Renovation and Expansion in Romorantin-Lanthenay, France

The Romorantin-Lanthenay Hospital Center is undertaking a significant project involving the renovation and expansion of the BMC (Medical-Surgical Block) buildings. This project includes a comprehensive restructuring of existing facilities and the addition of new spaces. The contract covers the entire process from critical review of the project program to the completion of the construction phase. The project is divided into mandatory and optional phases. The mandatory phase includes the renovation and expansion of the main entrance to incorporate reception areas, admission services, and a standard area. It also involves the construction of a new building for emergency services, outpatient consultations (including various medical specialties), administration, and a cafeteria. Additionally, the current emergency areas will be rehabilitated to include a Day Hospital for medicine, and two new elevators will be installed for visitors and patients. Technical and regulatory upgrades will be made to the BMC, along with exterior improvements and demolitions to reorganize access, roadways, and parking spaces. Optional phases include further renovations and expansions of hospital floors, upgrades to the pharmacy area, and expansion of changing rooms.
