Leasing Agreement for Vehicles in Germany

The contract involves the provision of leasing vehicles and associated services. The scope of services includes: 1) Leasing offers for ready-to-use, newly registered vehicles in Germany, with a leasing duration of 24 months. Options include: a) Plug-in hybrid vehicles in the upper mid-range: sedans and station wagons, b) Combustion engine vehicles in the upper mid-range: sedans and station wagons, c) Fully electric vehicles in the mid-range. 2) Implementation of the processing process according to MPG guidelines, including the following key points: a) After vehicle order: order confirmation and leasing application, b) Timely pick-up request, c) Appointment scheduling for vehicle handover/exchange, d) Vehicle registration (mandatory in Munich), e) Delivery of the vehicle to the local car dealer, f) On-site handover, g) Organization of storage for the second set of wheels/tire change, h) Return of leased vehicles and organization of inspection by an expert office, i) Processing of identified damages, j) Handover protocol and final billing. The contract will be concluded upon award. The intended start date for services is January 1, 2023. The basic contract duration is two years (24 months) from the start date. The total contract duration is a maximum of four years (48 months) from the start date. After the basic contract duration, the client has an annual right to terminate the contract (annual termination option). If the client does not exercise the termination right, the contract will continue for a maximum of two additional years after the basic contract duration (option period). If the client wishes to exercise the termination option, they must terminate the contract in writing according to § 126 BGB. The notice period is three (3) months to the next possible termination date.
