Brief
This contract involves the supply of electricity, including transportation, distribution, and related services, with responsibility for deviations at the specified delivery points. The electricity supply is for a period of 24 months, with an estimated volume of 4,679.24 MWh. The procurement is for the purchase of electricity, including all associated fees. Consumption estimates by delivery points are included in the tender documents. The supplier is required to deliver the agreed amount of electricity within the specified timeframe, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The public buyer reserves the right to adjust the start and/or end dates of the delivery. The contract includes taking responsibility for deviations, transportation, distribution, and consumption tax. The successful bidder must report any changes in legal fees to the public buyer within 15 working days and invoice for delivered goods with applicable legal fees. The public buyer requires the winning bidder to provide free expert advice and assistance, as well as data reports related to energy consumption. Invoicing will be handled separately for each delivery point. The bidder must express the unit price of electricity excluding distribution, system service fees, consumption tax, VAT, and other fees set by the Regulatory Office for Network Industries (ÚRSO), expressed in EUR/kWh. Continuous electricity supply is required from 00:00 to 24:00. There is a tolerance range for the amount of electricity taken: +/- 10%. Charges for under-consumption or over-consumption will apply based on specific calculations outlined in the contract. Special requirements include a higher standard of communication between the buyer and supplier, including an online application for electronic invoicing and a customer portal for real-time invoice tracking and consumption comparison. The supplier must also ensure participation in an annual conference for public procurement professionals in the energy sector. Detailed information is provided in the tender documents.
