Construction Work for Building Renovation at Ecole Centrale de Lyon

This contract involves preliminary demolition and asbestos removal work for the "IMPACT Teaching and Research Platform" project, specifically focusing on the heavy renovation of buildings H9 and H10 at the Ecully campus of Ecole Centrale de Lyon. The execution location is Ecole Centrale de Lyon, 36 avenue Guy de Collongue, 69134 ECULLY Cedex. The project includes: - Complete restructuring of buildings H9 and H10. - Comprehensive refurbishment of the building envelopes. This significant project for Ecole Centrale de Lyon is part of its Real Estate Master Plan, aiming to enhance the campus by providing suitable and supportive infrastructure for teaching and research activities, particularly for the Fluid Mechanics and Acoustics Laboratory (LMFA) and the Fluid Mechanics, Acoustics, and Energy Teaching Department (MFAE) in building H10 (the first phase of this consultation). The second phase, which is yet to be financed, will involve building H9 and will be subject to a future consultation.
