Sweden – Tire Services for Värnamo Municipality

Värnamo Municipality is seeking a supplier for tire services, which include purchasing, repairing, storing, and mounting tires. At the end of the contract period, the new supplier will be responsible for collecting all sets of tires from the current supplier at no additional cost. This means that the current supplier must bring the tires from their storage to a designated pickup location at an agreed time, allowing the new supplier to load and transport the tires to their own storage. Värnamo Municipality has approximately 270 sets of tires, including those for heavier vehicles. The estimated value of this procurement is around 1.9 million SEK per year, with a total contract value of 8.5 million SEK. However, the contracting authority does not guarantee any specific volume. When submitting a bid through e-Avrop, bidders have the option to select or deselect the ESPD form; this is optional and not a requirement.
