This contract will be awarded to a single provider or a group of economic operators. According to articles R. 2142-19 to R. 2142-24 of the public procurement code and the specific conditions required for insurance contracts, grouped economic operators must adopt the legal form of a joint grouping with a representative at the time of award. In the case of co-insurance, it must be established at the time of bid submission (a bid that does not cover 100% of the risk will be considered irregular).
