Medical Equipment Procurement for Novaci Town Hospital

The Novaci Town Hospital is seeking to procure medical equipment to enhance its operational capabilities. This procurement aims to ensure that the hospital can provide high-quality services in line with current market technology, positively impacting the health of the local population and those in transit, as well as the hospital's revenue. The contracting authority has applied for funding through the Ministry of Health, and this public procurement procedure is initiated under a suspensive clause, meaning that the contract's conclusion is contingent upon the allocation of budgetary credits for this purpose. The contract will only be awarded to the winning bidder if the necessary funds are secured. If funding is not allocated for any reason, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure. Bidders understand that the contracting authority cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the procurement process. The Novaci Town Hospital is specifically looking to acquire a complete 1.5 Tesla MRI system with an anesthesia machine. Suppliers have a minimum of 20 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Any requests for clarification submitted after this date will be considered late and will not receive a response.
