Germany – Advertising and Marketing Services – Framework Agreement for Editorial and Creative Support of DAAD Publications, Communication, and Exhibition Materials Including Materials for Virtual Events

The DAAD organizes numerous international higher education fairs, educational and research presentations, information events, and international networking conferences each year, in which the DAAD participates together with German universities and other partners. These events take place face-to-face or virtually. The virtual formats used by the DAAD include virtual fairs and webinars (online lecture series). To support these activities, the DAAD regularly requires not only print materials but primarily electronic and other communication materials, as well as designs for exhibition stand construction. Examples of what may be commissioned under the framework agreement include: • Informational materials (flyers, brochures, exhibitor directories, etc.) for digital use and print • Print and online advertisements • Web banners • Giveaways, such as pens, paper and jute bags, bookmarks, T-shirts • Announcement posters • Design elements for the decoration of exhibition stands such as • Headers • Banners, light columns • Roll-ups • Counter fronts and surfaces • Designs for large-scale exhibition stand constructions including the creation of a base design and its visualization (mock-ups) • Video formats for social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and similar channels).
