Food Supply Contract for Bukovec Kindergarten in Troyan

This public procurement contract is for the supply of food products for the needs of Bukovec Kindergarten in Troyan. The contract includes several categories: 1. Dairy products with an estimated value, 2. Fresh fruits and vegetables, 3. Canned fruits and vegetables and packaged food products, 4. Meat and meat products – beef, pork, and minced meat, 5. Eggs, 6. Bread and bakery products, 7. Meat and meat products – chicken, turkey, rabbit meat, and fish. The total value of the procurement for the seven categories is up to 444,702.17 BGN excluding VAT. According to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will award categories 6 and 7 through direct assignment based on the individual estimated value of the category, specifically under Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority provides information on the subject, volume, and estimated value of the procurement for the independently awarded category based on its individual value: Category 6: 'Bread and bakery products' - delivery of white bread approximately 8,000 pieces, whole grain bread approximately 6,500 pieces, Easter bread approximately 1,500 pieces, dough approximately 400 pieces, with a total estimated contract value of 29,398.00 BGN excluding VAT. Category 7: 'Meat and meat products – chicken, turkey, rabbit meat, and fish' - delivery of meat and meat products: chicken approximately 2,000 kg, turkey meat approximately 600 kg, rabbit meat 200 kg, and fish approximately 2,000 kg, with a total estimated contract value of 47,950.00 BGN excluding VAT. The remaining value of the contract, subject to this open procedure for the other categories 1-5, has an estimated value of 367,180.84 BGN excluding VAT.
