Supply of Computer Equipment and Software for Tarnowska Academy

The contract involves the supply of computer equipment, accessories, multifunction devices, and software for Tarnowska Academy. The procurement is divided into 11 parts, which include: 1. Computer Equipment 1 2. Computer Equipment 2 3. Computer Equipment 3 4. Laptop 1 5. Laptop 2 6. Laptop 3 7. Computer Accessories 8. Software 9. Computer Equipment 4 10. Networking Equipment 11. Multifunction Devices. Each part has a minimum warranty period of 24 months, except for Computer Equipment 4, which has a minimum warranty of 12 months. The warranty period is a criterion for evaluating bids. Suppliers may offer equivalent products, but must provide evidence of equivalence with their bids. All products must be original, brand new, unused, and free from any defects. Deliveries must be made in original factory packaging to Tarnowska Academy, located at ul. Mickiewicza 8, 33-100 Tarnów. Partial bids are allowed for any number of parts, with a maximum of 11 parts awarded to the same supplier.
