Construction Contract for Kindergarten in Beindersheim

This contract is for the construction of a new kindergarten facility located at Pfalzweg 2 in Beindersheim, designed to accommodate 150 children. The building will be a wooden structure with a green roof, featuring load-bearing interior walls constructed using timber framing and non-load-bearing walls made of drywall. The ceiling will be a laminated timber structure, and the floor slab will be made of reinforced concrete with a 30 cm base. A frost protection layer will be omitted due to sufficient drainage. A covered walkway, made of galvanized steel, will be suspended from the roof and attached to the ceiling. Each group room will have an intensive care room and a dedicated sanitary area. Access to the upper floor will be through a central staircase, with a platform lift ensuring barrier-free access. Each upper floor group will have direct access to the outdoor area via the walkway and two external staircases.
