France – Green Space Maintenance and Management Contract

This contract opportunity involves a framework agreement for the maintenance and management of natural environments within the protection zones of water catchments for the Collectivité Eau du Bassin Rennais. The contract is divided into three lots, all reserved for Social Integration Enterprises (SIAE). Lot 1 covers the maintenance of underground catchments at 'Drains du Coglais' located in the municipalities of Saint Germain en Coglès, Romagné, le Châtellier, and Saint Sauveur des Landes, with no minimum amount and a maximum of €169,000 excluding tax per year. Lot 2 involves the maintenance of the 'Chèze-Canut' dams in the municipalities of Saint Thurial, Maxent, Plélan le Grand, and Treffendel, also with no minimum amount and a maximum of €162,000 excluding tax per year. Lot 3 pertains to the maintenance of the 'Rophémel' dam in Plouasne, underground catchments at 'Vau Reuzé' in Betton, and other sites, with no minimum amount and a maximum of €58,000 excluding tax per year. Each lot has a duration of one year, with the possibility of two automatic renewals for the same period, totaling three years.
