Loan Services for Wojkowice Municipality

The contract involves providing and managing a long-term loan totaling 9,900,000 PLN. This loan is intended to finance the planned budget deficit of Wojkowice Municipality for 2025, amounting to 7,421,067.41 PLN, and to repay previously incurred obligations totaling 2,478,932.59 PLN. The funds will support various investment projects in 2025, including: 1) A project co-financed by the EU budget for improving wastewater management in Wojkowice, requiring a local contribution of 3,320,000 PLN; 2) A project co-financed by the Government's Polish Order Fund for the revitalization of the Milenium Wojkowice sports facility, amounting to 2,000,000 PLN; and 3) The reconstruction of Kusociński Street along with the construction of a parking lot, costing 2,101,067.41 PLN. The loan will be secured by a blank promissory note along with a promissory declaration. The financing of the planned budget deficit for 2025 has been included in the budget for that year, totaling 7,421,067.41 PLN. As of the submission date of this request, no long-term obligations have been incurred for 2025. Proper execution of the 2025 budget (in terms of revenues) requires this obligation. The authorization and consent of the governing body of Wojkowice Municipality for taking out a long-term loan in 2025 is set at 12.7 million PLN. The loan repayment (capital repayment) is scheduled to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2036. The planned expenditures are included in the current Multiannual Financial Forecast for 2025-2039. The supervisory authority, RIO Katowice, has expressed a positive opinion on the ability to repay the obligation at the originally planned amount of 12.7 million PLN, as per the resolution of the RIO College dated June 30, 2025, resolution no. 4200.V.117.2025.
