Office Supplies Procurement for 2025

This public contract involves establishing two framework agreements for the ongoing supply of office supplies. These agreements will provide for the delivery of office supplies with and without replacement services for the contracting authority and its subordinate organizations, based on current needs, for a duration of 12 consecutive months. Each framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier, following the procedure outlined in § 134 of the law, which allows for the process to proceed without reopening the competition among the participants of the framework agreement. This public contract is divided into two parts according to the specifications of the contract subject, and both parts are being procured together in one procurement procedure.
