Cloud Infrastructure Services Contract

This contract involves the transfer of infrastructure (in case of a new contractor) and the provision of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) which includes: • Provision of virtual servers for all critical operations of the EOLAL. • Provision of high availability storage. • Backup and disaster recovery services. • Ability to restore in case of data loss or failure. • Provision of training services for managing the new environment. The services provided will be billed monthly based on usage, and the contractor must also offer the necessary licenses where required (e.g., Windows Server OS, backup software licenses, etc.).
