Energy Storage Systems for Residential and Public Buildings in Ciechanów

This contract involves the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of energy storage systems for existing renewable energy installations serving 8 public buildings and 162 private homes in Ciechanów. The project allows for an increase in the number of energy storage systems to achieve the required capacity of 1606.80 kWh. It will be executed under a 'design and build' model with funding from the European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027, Priority II: European Funds for Green Development in Mazovia, Action 2.3: Renewable Energy Sources, Project Type: Energy and Heat Storage. The energy storage systems must be equipped with an energy management system (hardware and software) that will monitor and control electricity consumption in the facility, manage this energy, optimize energy consumption profiles, and maximize self-consumption while considering the final electricity price optimization. According to Article 139, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law, contractors are not required to submit a declaration of non-exclusion or compliance with participation conditions with their offer, as the contracting authority may request this declaration only from the contractor whose offer is rated highest. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Law of September 11, 2019, in the form of an unrestricted tender.
