Construction of Prvić Šepurine Port Expansion

This procurement process involves the construction works for the expansion of the Prvić Šepurine port, located on the western side of Prvić Island. The existing port in the coastal area of Prvić Šepurine will be upgraded as part of this project, which falls within the boundaries of the public transport port area. The Prvić Šepurine port is a local public transport port situated in the center of the settlement. The project encompasses part of the existing land parcel 4562/5 and a portion of the water area. New land areas created by land reclamation will result in new cadastral parcels: 38705, 38706, 38707, 38708, and 38746. According to the applicable Construction Act, there is a possibility to obtain usage permits for parts of the construction upon the Investor's request. The parts for which separate usage permits will be obtained include: a) Spatial unit 1: the pier with a dock along the outer side of the existing breakwater: WORKS COMPLETED, USAGE PERMIT ISSUED (parcel 38705) b) Spatial unit 2: the inner pier coastal line, main breakwater structure, wave attenuation area, breakwater structure: WORKS ARE SUBJECT TO THIS PROCUREMENT PROCESS (parcels 38706, 38707, 38708). A construction permit and a decision on amendments to the construction permit have been issued for this project. Detailed descriptions of the works, types and scope, as well as special requirements related to their execution, are specified in the project-technical documentation and cost estimate, which are integral parts of the procurement documentation. The contracting authority is a signatory to the Grant Agreement for projects financed under the 'Competitiveness and Cohesion' program for the financial period 2021-2027: P.K.5.2.02.0014 'EXPANSION OF PRVIĆ ŠEPURINE PORT – SPATIAL UNIT 2', signed between the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure and the Central Agency for Financing and Contracting EU Programs and Projects. This procurement process is subject to control by the Intermediate Body level 2.
