    Brief

This contract is for the procurement of a brand new super-resolution imaging module based on the stimulated emission depletion (STED) method. This module is a key component of a research system that utilizes ultra-fast, super-resolution, and high-throughput confocal scanning microscopy. The equipment will enable imaging of biological samples, both fixed and live, with a resolution better than the diffraction limit of light. It includes a confocal scanner, highly sensitive detectors, a multi-element detector made up of several point detectors, and a time-resolved measurement module. The device must provide imaging capabilities that exceed the diffraction limit using: - Deconvolution methods available in the offered software; - Optical techniques for fluorescence depletion at the edges of the excited area (STED), allowing for improved resolution at least in the xy plane. The contractor is required to fulfill all obligations outlined in the contract description, including: - Delivery, unloading, and installation of the equipment at the buyer's location; - Installation and commissioning of the device; - Training for the buyer's staff on operation, calibration, and maintenance of the equipment, conducted on-site by a manufacturer application specialist; - Warranty service.
