Energy Efficiency Measures for Street Lighting in Kaloyanovo

The purpose of this public procurement contract is to carry out repair work on the outdoor artificial lighting system in fifteen populated areas of the Kaloyanovo municipality. The repair work includes the measures prescribed in the energy audit for replacing lighting fixtures, which include: 1. Supply and installation of LED fixtures - Replacement of existing fixtures of all types and powers with new dimmable LED fixtures, with an initial output of > 140 lm/W, 0.00 output in the upper hemisphere - Dismantling of fixtures from the SBS - Dismantling of brackets from the SBS - Installation of street lighting fixtures including connection to the power supply network, including the supply of brackets and terminals and cable SVT 2x1.5 sq. mm. - Supply of street lighting fixtures up to 15W power consumption - Supply of street lighting fixtures up to 25W power consumption - Installation of brackets on the SBS - Dismantling of park lighting fixtures - Supply and installation of park lighting fixtures up to 15W power consumption. The implementation of this measure will lead to: • Reduction of electricity consumption; • Optimization and improvement of the operation of the outdoor artificial lighting system; • Reduction of operating and maintenance costs; • Reduction of electricity costs to the energy supplier; • Savings in greenhouse gas emissions; • Increased administrative capacity through the acquisition of new technologies, knowledge, and skills; • Constant consumption with changes in supply voltage; • Constant consumption regardless of the aging effect of light sources. 2. Introduction of renewable energy sources (RES) in the outdoor artificial lighting system. The measure includes: Supply and installation of hybrid AC/DC lighting fixtures with a single power consumption of up to 15W – min. 140 lm/W and light distribution with 0.0%. The measure includes: Supply and installation of park hybrid RES lighting fixtures. The implementation of this measure will lead to: • Increased energy efficiency through the use of RES in the outdoor artificial lighting system.
