Wastewater Treatment Plant Project in Peroj

This procurement opportunity involves the design, construction, and trial operation of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Peroj, with a capacity of 42,000 equivalent inhabitants and secondary wastewater treatment. The work includes: (1) designing the project (conceptual design, main project, execution project, as-built project), with the note that the previous contractor's agreement has been terminated. The selected contractor can either proceed with the existing building permit or create new designs and obtain a new permit. If new designs are chosen, no additional completion deadlines will be granted. If the existing permit is used, the contractor must assume responsibility for all designs. (2) Obtaining necessary approvals and permits, (3) Constructing the WWTP, including supply and installation of equipment, (4) Commissioning the WWTP, (5) Training the buyer's staff, (6) Demonstrating required parameters during trial operation and testing, including technical inspections, and (7) Addressing hidden defects during the warranty period. Note: Work will be conducted according to the FIDIC Yellow Book conditions for electrical and mechanical engineering works, with specific modifications as outlined in Book 2 (Contract Documentation).
