Road Repair Works in Romania

This contract involves a framework agreement for road repair works divided into four lots. Lot 1 focuses on filling and restoring the road surface following interventions by RAJA S.A. on water and sewage pipes in the North-West area of Constanta County, specifically in the towns of Medgidia, Harsova, M Kogalniceanu, and in Ialomita County, in the towns of Fetesti and Tandarei. Lot 2 covers similar works in the South-East area of Constanta County, including the towns of Cumpana, Lazu, Agigea, Eforie, Tuzla, Costinesti, Mangalia (including resorts), Techirghiol, Baneasa, Ostrov, and Negru-Voda. Lot 3 pertains to road repairs in Buftea city, Corbeanca commune, Crevedia commune in Ilfov County, Cornesti commune in Dambovita County, and Predeal in Brasov County. Lot 4 includes works in the Municipality of Onesti, Bacau County. The contracting authority reserves the right to request work in other unspecified localities based on needs and opportunities, within the limits of contracted quantities and values. Suppliers can request clarifications until 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and questions should be posted in SEAP under the questions section. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests submitted by the deadline set in the invitation to participate, which is 11 days before the offer submission deadline. Only requests for clarifications made by economic operators by the established deadline will be answered.
