Specialized Training Services for Adoption Center Support

The Dolnośląskie Voivodeship is seeking suppliers to provide comprehensive training services, including the organization of four two-day training sessions. Each session will require a training venue and catering services (coffee breaks and lunch) to support participants in the project titled 'Adoption Center Activities for Lower Silesian Families.' The training will cover the following key areas: 1) The social and psychological effects of a child's stay in an institution awaiting legal resolution, including differences between institutional and family foster care; 2) Support for foster families, focusing on the role of coordinators and available resources for foster families and the children in their care; 3) Building systemic cooperation to address family and child issues, involving collaboration among teams (court, probation officer, assistant, family foster care coordinator), effective communication, and local solutions; 4) Care for children with disabilities, discussing why some children cannot be raised in foster families or care facilities and require specialized care, such as from nursing homes or social welfare homes.
