    Brief

This contract involves the rental of one ceiling-mounted X-ray machine as detailed in the technical specifications. The successful bidder will be required to provide the rental and delivery of the specified product under a rental agreement with the contracting authority. The rental fee includes transportation costs and covers all expenses related to importation and market introduction (customs, taxes, fees, necessary permits, etc.), as well as any additional costs, but does not include value-added tax. According to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015, bidders are reminded that references to standards, technical approvals, specifications, and recommendations in the technical description are made to clearly define the subject of the procurement. Proposals that are equivalent to the specified standards will be accepted. An offer cannot be declared invalid solely on the basis that the products do not meet the specified standards if the bidder adequately demonstrates that their proposed solutions are equivalent to those outlined in the procurement documents. The CPV code provided in BT.262 is only for the purpose of submitting the notice in the EKR system. The subject of this procedure is the procurement of one ceiling-mounted X-ray machine under a rental agreement.
