Fuel Supply Contract for Municipal Vehicles in Razgrad

This contract involves the supply of automotive gasoline A-95H, diesel fuel B6, and propane-butane to meet the needs of the municipal vehicle fleet in Razgrad. The fuels will be provided through cashless payment cards at designated gas stations across Bulgaria. The contract duration is 36 months, with estimated quantities of 120,000 liters of gasoline, 470,000 liters of diesel, and 20,000 liters of propane-butane. The supplier must have gas stations equipped for cashless payments, including at least one in Razgrad. Payment will be made via bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the invoice, and the supplier is responsible for issuing and maintaining the payment cards. The supplier must also provide monthly reports detailing fuel usage and transactions.
